Meet the Executive Director,
Kyle Avance
Kyle Avance brings more than 16 years of experience in healthcare and a deep-rooted passion for serving others. Kyle began his career as a caregiver working with individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities, steadily advancing into leadership roles before transitioning into senior living. For the past three years, he has served as an Executive Director in Assisted Living and Memory Care communities, where he continues to lead with empathy, purpose, and a commitment to quality care.
Kyle holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from Southern Utah University and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Weber State University. His academic foundation, paired with his hands-on experience, allows him to lead with both operational insight and a people-first mindset.
Outside of work, Kyle enjoys spending time with his family and attending the many events and activities his four children are involved in. Whether cheering from the sidelines or supporting their creative and academic interests, family time remains a priority in his life.
